Here is a video fellow instructor Luke O’Neil put together from our staff training May 18th-25th, 2010.
It took place in the Wine Spire Range near Mt Silver Star and Burgundy Spire in the Sawtooth Wilderness near Mazama Washington. We practiced and demonstrated our management skills for snow travel, rope team travel, fix lines, anchor set up with both rock and snow protection and had a blast. Finally got out to this Amazing 22 metre tower in the canyon country of Dorion. It was a beautiful day and it felt so nice to be outside among these amazing pillars of basalt. 
There was nine of us and the climb we did was an easy 5.6 grade, route called Canine… A most enjoyable relaxed climb. We took turns climbing the tower and taking pictures. 
From the top of the tower you can see the entire length of Black Bay on Lake Superior along with the vast canyons created during glacial flood events about 9,500 years ago, pretty awesome perspective! See below for slideshow of all pics
