So I had been chatting with my mexican couchsurfing friends Alex and Eduardo Ysla about taking them out kayaking for a few days to Isla Espiritu Santo. They had helped me out with so much the entire time in La Paz and had become really good friends. It was a good way to spend some time with them and get away from the city and really enjoy all those beautiful kayaks. Our good friend Cesar gave us a ride to Playa Tecolote where we set up to do a fairly significant crossing of about 8km across to Espiritu Santo. We had a great 3 day trip and completely circumnavigated Isla Esperitu Santo paddling nearly 65km.
